Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on subscriptions of Enchanted Outpost Magazine or Enchanted Outpost and Outpost Alliance merchandise.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@outpostalliance.com and send your item to: PO Box 1650, Angel Fire, NM 87710.
